Dedicated Nurseries
As development flourishes, landscape materials are being sold at a premium and the supply of plants is a rare commodity. Accordingly, RMG has acquired two nurseries to fulfill this growing need. Our nurseries are located in Kailua-Kona and Kihei, Maui.
Kona:
Situated in the Keahole-Kona Airport region in Kona Palisades, RMG has 15 acres of nursery which is used for plant propagation, storage and a base for Construction & Maintenance operations.
Kihei:
The Kihei nursery is an important staging area for many of our Maui construction projects. The property allows us to house larger plant material and provides us the opportunity to plan ahead and ensure that the needed trees or palms meet the required specifications.
The Kihei nursery is our main source of plant material for our interiorscape division. The nursery houses orchids, ferns, palms and other various types of indoor plants and allow for the strong rotation of beautiful foliage for each account. RMG is one of the few interior installation services that is supported by a nursery of this size.
